Dr. Defne Nayman

Dr. Nayman, a proud graduate of Hacettepe University Medical School with honors, began her medical journey with a year-long internship in Boston before entering the fast-paced world of Emergency Medicine in New York City during the 1990s.

Over nearly three decades, she passionately served diverse communities at renowned institutions like Montefiore Health System and Metropolitan Hospital, a teaching affiliate of NY Medical College.

Dr. Nayman’s experience on the frontlines of emergency medicine fueled her passion for helping others achieve lasting health and vitality. She expanded her expertise with advanced certifications in anti-aging, functional, and metabolic medicine, as well as health coaching and advanced aesthetics. Combining scientific knowledge with a personalized approach, she empowers individuals to optimize their well-being and quality of life.

Dr. Nayman is proud and excited to lead TAMA alongside President Dr. Bellibas. With her extensive experience and passion for healthcare, she is committed to building a supportive network that empowers doctors to share knowledge, advance their practices, and ultimately give back to the community.  Her leadership is focused on cultivating unity and support within the medical community, ensuring that the organization thrives as a vital resource for doctors dedicated to excellence.
